Refunds, repairs or replacements 

Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Leading Edge Turbines Customer have a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the day they receive their goods, in which time they must notify Leading Edge Turbines that they wish to cancel their purshase and a full refund be given, including any original delivery charges.

As a Leading Edge Turbines customer you have a right for refund, replacement or repair if your received items are found to,

• not match the description
• are damaged or not in working order
• are not fit for required purpose

You must return the goods back to the address below within 14 days of purchase, for a full inspection before refund, repair or credit will be issued.

If items are out of stock when you place an order you will be quoted a lead time for delivery. If the quoted lead time is exceeded you may request a full refund or credit for other items in the store. You must provide proof of purchase to qualify for a refund.

Warranty

All Leading Edge Turbines products are covered by a one year warranty. In some cases longer warranties are offered, so your warranty will depend on the product purchased and is subject to the conditions listed.
